Refund?
- You can submit a full refund request 14 days from when you receive your item.

- Your item must be unworn and in an original condition.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is worn, damaged or used in any way.
- Shipping cost is not refundable.

Exchange?
- You can exchange within 14 days from when you receive you item.
- Your item must be unworn and in an original condition.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is worn, damaged or used in any way.

How to return items?
Unfortunately we do not offer free returns: we recommend insuring your parcel to the full value of the contents, with tracking and signature for postage. Please keep hold of any proof of postage and tracking you have until you have been refunded as we cannot process the return without receiving the item.
